Concussion results when the head collides with a solid object, which results in a temporary defect in brain functions due to the presence of thin cells in the brain that are affected by any strong blow, and this causes a defect in the function of these cells that work to transmit information.

Either the concussion leads to a slowdown or disruption in the transmission of information, or to not deliver it to the right place.

Usually, brain cells need oxygen and food to stay alive, and blood vessels transport food and oxygen to the brain, and when a concussion occurs, these cells can explode or be injured, which affects the brain.

A concussion can be treated in most cases, but if the injury is serious it may lead to death if not treated.
